Well, no, I didn't actually get pneumonia. But I could have!
The Rockstar and I got the H1N1 vaccine this weekend. All we had to do was wait in line for FIVE HOURS in the rain! We got to the school where the clinic was held at about 8:40 in the morning. We got our shots at 1:30 in the afternoon. It was gray and overcast when we arrived, and proceeded to get colder, grayer, and wetter throughout the morning.
I was so glad R* came with me. Not only did he keep me company, but he held my place in line while I got a warmer coat, warmer shoes, a drink and snacks. I think I would have given up and gone home if I were there by myself.
It was not fun, and I'm getting the residual body aches now, but at least all 3 of us are innoculated! The guy in the office behind me at work caught the flu (I don't know if it was swine flu or not), and has been coughing up a lung for the past 2 weeks. Apparently he went back to the doctor last week and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. (And yet he's still coming to work -- but that's a rant for another day.)
I really don't want have to go through that while pregnant, so I hope these vaccines keep Rockstar, Babykins and I flu-free this winter!

I'm now starting to lean more towards getting myself and Brooke the swine flu shot. People have me so paranoid on getting it!
