Hi there I just had a chemical pregnancy (my 1st IVF)so I've looking for someone who understands. Your blog has made me feel less alone.

Kim

Thank you. I've just had 2 failed IVFs and 2 failed FETs after trying for years with Clomid, IUIs, charting etc. All unexplained. I'm a vetran of fertility experiments with just 3 scars from my surgery for the ectopic from my last IVF to show for it all. I'm worn out. Your post was very helpful as a reminder that life doesn't have to be this way. I can move on and still be happy. :)

My History

  • We started trying to conceive when I was 33 years old, after spending a few years making sure that we were financially and professionally ready to start a family. My mother gave birth to all three of her children in her 30s, and I had no inkling that infertility lay ahead of me. Four years later, after 4 IUIs, 3 IVFs and 1 FET, we finally got pregnant and stayed pregnant. We lost one twin at 11 weeks, but our remaining baby was born healthy and strong. He is the light of my life and I am forever grateful for him.
