So happy for you. We'll keep rooting for quality over quantity and I promise to pick a different silly song for dancing at midnight tonight! My egg retrieval is looking like next Tuesday or Wednesday. I want a preggers Marie to dance a silly song for me then. Good luck!

As a once hyper-superstitious sports freak who is now a cynical, jaded sports professional...I know one thing: THERE AIN'T NO SUCH THING AS A JINX. Mahlie, you just smile at the sun, hug R and 'Kins, and live a glorious day.....uhh...does this mean there's potential for you to be Octo-Mom x 2??

Marie

Traci, Shanzie, Annette -- thank you so much!! (Traci, I will definitely dance for your ER and ET!)

Churi -- hmmmm... what would 16 little lock-ahlies (mah-kies?) be best at? Rugby? Fight Club? Daisy-picking and sniffing? ;)

Chrissy Lif

Hoping, praying, thinking, sending vibes... all times 3!!! <3

My History

  • We started trying to conceive when I was 33 years old, after spending a few years making sure that we were financially and professionally ready to start a family. My mother gave birth to all three of her children in her 30s, and I had no inkling that infertility lay ahead of me. Four years later, after 4 IUIs, 3 IVFs and 1 FET, we finally got pregnant and stayed pregnant. We lost one twin at 11 weeks, but our remaining baby was born healthy and strong. He is the light of my life and I am forever grateful for him.
